Design

With the guidelines set forth by the client, Bockus Payne generates design drawings that bring the collaborative vision to reality. The designs are reviewed and refined, as necessary, until the client has approved the design. We then procure construction pricing for our client based on our designs.

Every detail is scrutinized and communicated.

Implement

Throughout the construction process, we communicate with both the contractor and the owner to make sure the project is delivered as planned. Through our team-oriented approach, our enduring goal is to surpass the client’s expectations with exceptional design and customer service.
