As President of Bockus Payne Associates Architects, Bruce Bockus is responsible for the firm’s design. Bruce is involved throughout the design phase of nearly every project that Bockus Payne Associates completes.

Bruce enjoys being a part of the team process that creates responsive designs that are reflective of the client’s goals, needs, dreams and budget. The thing that I like the most about Architecture and what I do in Construction Administration is taking the project from the client’s initial vision through the construction process to completion, taking it from a piece of ground to a fully functioning and complete building. I get a great sense of satisfaction when the project is complete and the client is happy and knows that it exceeds their expectations!
