Master planning for All Souls Episcopal Church included three phases which began with updates to the existing church and the addition of a cloister, chapel, and courtyard. The architectural firm of Bockus Payne was hired for their master planning and church expertise. Phase three of the All Souls Master Plan was their Family Life Center. In 2002, a Family Life Center was added on the lot to the north of All Souls Episcopal Church. The Frontier-Gothic-Tudor style of the original church facility blends well with the architecture of the Family Life Center.

The Family Life Center brings the All Souls community together with classrooms for education, sports fields, locker rooms, a gymnasium, an administration area, a full service kitchen, and outdoor grilling and dining. The green standing seam metal roof on the Family Life Center compliments the clay tile roof of the original church.
