The Culinary School at Francis Tuttle’s Rockwell campus is part of the 2010 master plan project. The four-phase project includes the design of a $7 million Business and Industry Services Center, in addition to the $18.5 million Culinary School and IT building.
The Culinary School features several state of the art, fully functional commercial kitchens to be used for training as well as production of meals for the campus. Classrooms, a demonstration kitchen, and a separate teaching restaurant are also available for instruction.
Several dining areas, both inside and out, are thoughtfully placed throughout the facility. A servery acts as the central hub where lunches and various entrees are served and opens out into a large student dining rotunda.
