The 12,880-square-foot JMA Energy Company headquarters sits aside a creek running along the property’s boundary. Extensive wood paneling and wrought iron work abounds on the interior of this traditionally styled two-story building. A copper-roofed tower, cobblestone patterned concrete sidewalks, and wood-molded brick add an “Old World” feel to the exterior. Cast stone surrounds enhance the large windows which allow employees to take full advantage of the landscaped courtyard and views of the creek. From start to finish, Bockus Payne worked closely with and listened to the Owner. By incorporating this input a new landmark was established in northwest Oklahoma City.
