Clean contemporary lines grace this 40,000-square-foot speculative office space and is the first of two matching Class A buildings that offer office lease space in north Oklahoma City. BPAA worked closely with the developer for a responsible design with a smart use of materials.

The owner asked for a wow factor at the entrance, and BPAA responded with an inviting stainless steel mesh vertical sunshade on top of the two-story entryway and a stunning floating stairway in the lobby.

Rich in texture both inside and out, the low linear building complements the local vernacular with horizontal banded limestone, stainless steel, cast concrete panels and glass. The use of limestone adds warmth to the stainless steel and glass contemporary aesthetic. Exterior finishes were brought to the interior lobby blurring the distinction between the two and elevating the space. The two story atrium entry with monumental staircase is the focal point of the structure with entrances on both the east and west sides.
