Known locally as the Big Red Ball building, the Water Oak Medical Office Building is situated on Lake Hefner and is easily recognized by its trademark 9' diameter round red column supporting the free floating south east corner of the building.

The office, which was completed in 2002, features curtain walls, architectural concrete columns, and exposed structural steel cross bracing. A full height atrium sits atop the lobby and greets patients and employees as they make their way into the 3 stories of offices. Glass handrails open up the floors to the shared atrium.

At the end of the day, every floor of the Water Oak Building gets a share of the vibrant Oklahoma sunset as it gently splashes into the horizon of Lake Hefner.
