Farmhouse | Oklahoma State University

With a growing student population at Oklahoma State University, the fraternity purchased new lots on south campus for a new, larger house, front and center on fraternity/sorority row.

A new 3-story fraternity house includes a two-story multi-purpose gymnasium, chapter room, main living/dining rooms, kitchen, sleeping rooms, group/individual study spaces, a chapel for worship, and a partial basement. Bockus Payne worked with the City of Stillwater to rezone the lot to accomodate max building square footage, parking, and front yard space. All was accomplished while adhering to a strict budget.
