Newmark Grubb’s new office consisted of an interior build out of the 7th floor of The City Place Building in downtown. The space was made up of original exposed concrete, iron columns to complement age and history of building. The design highlights the exposed raw aesthetic through pops of color and an open plan. Extensive use of interior glass allows light to fill the space. The layout called for offices around the perimeter with collaboration in the center. Collaboration space and fun elements like the ping pong table, encourages staff to mingle and relax.
