Design Brief
For Infiniti’s car and sales service center, Bockus Payne thoughtfully balanced existing brand standards with creative detailing that ensures a smooth customer experience. The elegant white-scored concrete exterior visually blends into the clean interior showroom, with porcelain tiling underfoot. Structural steel framing reinforces the design aesthetic of the Infinity glass curtain wall, enhancing natural light within.
Custom local art elements at the reception area pair with signature elements of the Infinity brand including flush glass office fronts. A café and community space extends hospitality to all customers, leading into the service department with a full view of the service shop. A superior level of finish and care in the service drive once again showcases a commitment to providing a seamless customer experience.
