To accommodate a growing company and reflect the innovative spirit of the client, BPAA designed a new 36,000-square-foot office for Delaware Resource Group, one of the largest defense service contractors in this part of the country.
Located at Quail Spring Corporate Park in Oklahoma City, the two-story building includes offices, conference rooms, a tiered three-level training room, and a work bay for diagnostics and flight simulators. The $10 million building has a detailed brick-and-stone exterior in a combination of modernized Federal and Georgian styles.
The interiors boast high-end finishes with rich wood details, stone-look porcelain flooring and a light-filled lobby with a P-51 Mustang airplane hanging above as the focal point.
BPAA worked closely with Smith Pickel, the contractor, KFC Engineering and the owner to address challenges early on. Thanks to a highly collaborative and efficient project delivery, this project was recently completed on schedule and within budget.
