Partner Mathew Siebert grew up in Edmond, Oklahoma, and has always enjoyed observing construction projects. While in college, Mathew was prompted to consider architecture as a career path after having an opportunity to assist his mother, who was the manager of a bookstore, in evaluating a set of retail floor plans and proposing design changes.

Mathew’s design philosophy is to listen first. He delights in the opportunity architecture presents to positively impact people’s lives. In his daily work he leads a diverse range of projects from fire stations and Greek housing to religious institutions and behavioral health hospitals. As a partner, Mathew looks forward to finding opportunities to balance leadership and dedication against humility and appreciation. In his spare time, he enjoys supporting local restaurants and live music with his family and friends.
