After Major Overhaul, BancFirst Tower Nears Completion

Excerpt from The Journal Record article — May 19, 2023

“The inside-and-out renovation of the 36-floor office tower at 100 N. Broadway Ave. is nearly complete after 3½ years of work.

‘It’s a night-and-day transformation,’ architect Mathew Siebert said. ‘It looks like a new building.’

Originally constructed in 1971, the skyscraper was in disrepair following years of neglect when BancFirst Corp. bought it out of bankruptcy in 2018. It took months of planning and permitting before construction could start in October 2019, Executive Chairman David Rainbolt said.”
