Corn Heritage Village adds skilled nursing addition to offer residents personalized living spaces and enhanced amenities
Design Brief
The goal behind the latest skilled nursing addition at Corn Heritage Village was to create additional space for residents, both personal and public. Originally, the community consisted only of semi-private, double occupancy rooms. With the new addition complete, Corn now has the ability to offer all residents their own bed room and on-suite as well as access to a café, options for private dining, relaxed seating areas, and an enclosed courtyard.
