Born in South Dakota, Jason Tyler lived all over the country before putting down roots in Oklahoma. Prior to attending the University of Oklahoma to study architecture, Jason owned and operated a remodeling business for nearly a decade. Now, as an architect at Bockus Payne, his day-to-day work consists of continuous coordination and collaboration, ensuring the needs of both clients and consultants are met. He believes strongly that good communication is the foundation of a successful project.

While he values aesthetics, Jason favors function over form; if the project cannot fulfill its objective for the end-user, the space has fallen short of its goals. Outside of work, Jason prioritizes his family and his faith, and also loves spending time outdoors, camping and mountain biking.
