Design Brief
To accommodate a growing company and reflect the innovative spirit of the client, Bockus Payne designed a new 36,000-square-foot office for Delaware Resource Group, one of the largest defense service contractors in the country.
Located at Quail Spring Corporate Park in Oklahoma City, the exterior features bright square accents of their signature blue framed by a detailed brick-and-stone exterior in a combination of modernized Federal and Georgian styles. The interiors boast high-end finishes with rich wood details, stone-look porcelain flooring, and a light-filled lobby with a P-51 Mustang airplane hanging, a centerpiece to the building entry.
Our team worked closely with Smith Pickel, KFC Engineering, and the owner to address challenges early on. Thanks to a highly collaborative and efficient project delivery, the project completed on schedule and within the budget.
