Director of Design Collin Fleck grew up in the Oklahoma City metropolitan area, and attended the University of Oklahoma. His creative interests in art and woodshop progressed naturally into a passion for architecture. In his role at Bockus Payne, he brings energy and inspiration to projects through design.

Collin’s design process begins with understanding the full scope of a project and then refining the details. He believes that architecture is a reflection of human relationships, the times we live in, and how we work together to solve complex problems. He prioritizes daylighting, comfort, and accessibility across all of his work. With the mind of an architect but the heart of a kid, Collin loves playing with his children and can often be found taking them on an adventure.
