Design Brief
"Currently under construction, this collaborative project between Bockus Payne and CannonDesign will deliver a state-of-the-art 172,755-square-foot Behavioral Health Center connected to the existing Children’s Hospital. Designed to support comprehensive care, the facility includes 72 inpatient beds, intensive outpatient programs (IOP), partial hospitalization care (PHP), and shared spaces like a gymnasium, intake lobby, and outdoor activity areas. Features such as single occupancy rooms with ensuite bathrooms, adaptable patient spaces, classrooms, and rooftop gardens ensure a healing-focused environment. With future expansion capabilities on the 6th floor, this center is set to redefine behavioral health care. Stay tuned for updates!"
