Francis Tuttle Culinary School
The Culinary School at Francis Tuttle’s Rockwell campus proudly redefines culinary education in the state, focusing on the student experience and serving as a new hub for the campus. The Culinary School features nine state-of-the-art, fully functional commercial kitchens for training as well as production of meals for the campus. Classrooms, a video-capable demonstration kitchen, and a separate teaching restaurant also elevate the ability to learn.
An emphasis was placed on elevating the student experience within the space to optimize the learning environment, including features like ample natural light, outdoor seating, eco-friendly features, the latest technology, and a chocolate lab. Several dining areas, both inside and out, are thoughtfully placed throughout the facility. A servery acts as the central hub where lunches and various entrees are served and opens out into a large student dining rotunda.
